“Love Me Like You Do” by Ellie Goulding

I generally like the songs sung by Ellie Goulding. They’re nice; including “Love Me Like You Do”. As you may know, it was one of the theme songs of the Fifty Shades of Gray Movie. In my opinion, that’s what ruined the song. I’m not a fan of the Fifty Shades series. I tried reading… Continue reading “Love Me Like You Do” by Ellie Goulding

My Top 10 Lyric Videos

Here is a list of some of my *favorite* lyrics videos.

Now I don’t mean videos that just have the lyrics running on the screen. Nope. Those are boring. Those aren’t fun. But what makes these different? The art and concept does! These videos are fun to watch, they’re all different and they all fit with the song. All these videos are songs that I like as well. If you don’t like the song, at least watch the lyric transition… it’s worth it.

Now it’s time to watch. Continue reading “My Top 10 Lyric Videos”

Do You Believe In Magic?

“Do you believe in magic in a young girl’s heart? How the music can free her whenever it starts?

And it’s magic if the music is groovy. It makes you feel happy like an old time movie.

I’m pretty happy. It’s just one of those days. I got 21 followers. I read some really nice and funny posts. I listened to some old favorites of mine. Below, I am going to share one more song with you that helped fuel this happy mood! By the way, the 3 posts I linked to in this paragraph… I wrote them all in the last 4 hours (including the time I spent skipping lunch to play music and write).

Sunshine – Day 14 [Blogging 101]

A different kind of post… What do I do? Video? Audio? 5 things about me? I decided to do all of those eventually but for now, let’s just settle for a video post.

Down below are two videos of a song “Sunshine” by Monkey Majik. They are a Canadian-Japanese band that I love. Their song “Sunshine” was used as the 2nd opening song for the Anime Nurarihyon No Mago (Japanese name) or Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan (English name). Almost all Monkey Majik songs are a combination of English and Japanese. I love how they are able to mix the two languages and is one of the reasons I like this band so much.

The short version of the song is the official version that was used for the opening of the anime. The long version is the full song with the video created by the owner (I don’t own this video) along with the lyrics at the bottom of the screen. The dance cover is this video that I found yesterday so I hope you enjoy it!

I was really happy and excited for this post. This song always gives me a happy feeling even though I don’t know what is being said (I don’t know Japanese yet). Do you get that feeling? Would you like me to post more Japanese songs?
