Garibaldi biscuits

I just spent the last few hours (I’m not even going to count how many ….) making these biscuits. I’m tired.

But they are really tasty πŸ˜€ We have them just before meals when we’re really hungry but the food isn’t ready yet. …

I got the recipe from this site. It had a nice explanation. I doubled the quantity in the recipe.

My brother helped me and I think we did a pretty decent job πŸ™‚

MY FINDINGS:


●The dough came out differently than the previous times my mum made it…. but it came out ok.
●I forgot to put the egg wash at the end so it was hard to judge of the biscuits were done. (It didn’t get that golden brown top)

Any way, these turned out well and I will definitely be making them again. Hopefully they turn out even better. They don’t take too much time; it only took time for me because of my inexperience in baking without a person who actually knows baking πŸ˜› (since my brother doesn’t either). Let me know if you try out these biscuits.
