Marriage Without Dating. No I am not talking about arranged marriages. I’m actually talking about a Korean Drama I started watching watching yesterday!
Marriage Without Dating is a really cute romance drama about a guy who doesn’t want to get married and a girl who has absolutely no luck in the marriage mart…what do you get out of this strange combination (I’m don’t think I’m giving out any spoilers but I’m not too sure)? A Fake couple. Ya. They team up to get their parents off their backs but there are so many unexpected things that happen! Really! This surprise element is one of the reasons I have watched 6 episodes today (each episode is an hour; you do the math). The many comedic moments really leaves you feeling happier after each episode.
In addition, DramaFire, the site where I watch most of my Korean, Japanese and Taiwanese dramas, is wonderful site that gives full episode links (and doesn’t split each episode into 3 or 4 parts)!
I’m only on episode 7 right now but I am really liking it so far. It doesn’t have that usual predictability that sometimes happens when I watch too many romance dramas. Yes they’ll probably get together in the end (it’s a rom com so this is kind of obvious) but it is the journey (and the love triangles, funny moments and sad moments) that counts.
Let me know if you decide to watch this drama. Don’t worry about not knowing the language. There are subtitles.
P.S: This is my 50th post on Blogenture! YAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ^^
